Imo I think this would benefit all the formations in the guide lessons 

This 3421 enables you to defend with 5 at the back while in attack you can build up your attack with long balls, driven passes and at the end overload the box with passing options.

I decided to include some exemplary attacks to provide you a better idea how you can build up and create chances with this formation.
