The Power Shot Skill Cancel
With FC 24, we got a new way to cancel Power Shots with skill moves. This can be a very deceptive way to create an even better finishing spot inside the box.

- To do a Power Shot, you have to press L1+R1/LB+RB while powering up the shot. For the Power Shot, your player starts a longer wind up animation.
- As a new feature in FC 24, this wind up animation can be cancelled with skill moves. All you have to do is to give the input of the skill move while your player is in the wind up animation.
- Potential skill moves can be: Ball Roll, Step Overs, Roulette, Elasticos or other. The Ball Roll is the most consistent one and also easiest to pull off.
- The best spots for a Power Shot Skill cancel are inside or at the edge of the box, when you have an open shooting lane on goal. The opponent will try to rush with his defender to block the potential shot. This created urgency allows you to surprise them with the skill move and cancel.
